Shipping & Return / Exchanges
Beyond the Eye Art ships to addresses only within the continental U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping rate is a flat fee of $20.00 via Priority Mail in the continental U.S. We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Artworks are shipped rolled in a tube.
Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within twenty-four (24) hours.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within ten (10) business days depending if the work is in stock. Most pieces are printed to order. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Beyond the Eye Art is not responsible for the shipping costs to return damaged prints.
Return / Exchanges:
Thank you for your purchase from Beyond the Eye’s Collection of signed, limited edition giclee works on paper. We want you to love your work of art! Limited edition, signed works are not refundable. If you feel you have received your work damaged, please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process of determining damage, returning your work and getting an exchange.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us if you are concerned with the condition of your print. If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased because it arrived damaged, please contact us by emailing email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving the product.
To request an exchange, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information and reason for requesting an exchange.
Step 2 - Save all original packaging!
Step 3 - Take clear, detailed photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos to: email@example.com within ten (10) days of sending your email requesting an exchange.
Step 4 – If Beyond the Eye Art determines that you are entitled to an exchange, we will ask that you repack the print exactly as it was packed upon receipt, with the same packaging materials, and return the print to: Beyond the Eye Art; 200 2nd Ave. Hawthorne, NJ 07506.
Step 5 – Upon receipt of the damaged print, your new print will be sent.
