Learn About the Process

Giclee, pronounced (zhee-KLAY where the "zh" sounds like the 's' in 'pleasure), was first coined in 1991 by printmaker Jack Duganne from Nash Editions which was founded by legendary singer-songwriter Graham Nash in California.  Duganne sought to differentiate these prints from standard inkjet prints due to their superior quality and archival properties.

Giclees are the highest quality fine art prints and used by artists to make individual or low-run reproductions of original two-dimensional artwork, photographs, computer graphics or computer generated imagery.

Our SHOP represents our PREMIERE Collection of fine art giclee prints, hand-signed by Jessica and numbered in a very small edition of 50 prints per size.

What is a fine art Giclee print?

Hot off the giclee press, our wonderful printer holds up the first giclee sold, Jessica signs and numbers, and voila! The print is hanging on our collector's wall, wonderfully framed. Thank you, Patti!

Energy Power is a watercolor painted on black paper, using iridescent and pearlescent pigments, printed here on luminescent paper.

The Creative Process

Jessica's art is an expression of her inner feelings, thoughts and energy. She feels the energy of people and of nature. This energy and movement flows naturally through and from her when she is drawing or painting.

Creating is a meditative process. Lines form, and colors are chosen spontaneously by intuition. Spend some time in the Gallery looking through her original works.

If one of the originals resonates with you, contact Jessica if you don't see it  in the SHOP
